M1NT Promotional Programs – Official Rules
These Official Rules govern all M1NT promotional sweepstakes, including the Golden Ticket Quest, Bonus Card Drop events, and the M1NT Case G1 Anniversary Giveaway.

SECTION 1: M1NT QUEST SWEEPSTAKES (Golden Ticket / Standard Online Quests)
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
By participating in any M1NT Golden Ticket Quest sweepstakes (each, a “Quest” or the “Sweepstakes”), you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of M1NT, Inc. (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding.
All times are Pacific Time unless otherwise specified.
1. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final and M1NT does not accept returns except in rare circumstances or unless otherwise permitted by our returns policy. Damaged or incorrect items will be evaluated and corrected.
Memorabilia items vary in age and condition and are sold “as is.” No returns or exchanges.
2. Sweepstakes Description
Sponsor may run a Quest during which eligible individuals can enter for a chance to win the prize(s) described in the Campaign-Specific Details.
Purchasing a M1NT Hobby Case may earn entries when purchase entries are offered.
A free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) is always available.
Scope of the Golden Ticket Quest
The M1NT Golden Ticket Quest applies to all eligible M1NT Hobby Cases sold by Sponsor or through authorized retail partners, whether purchased online or in physical retail locations. Unless a specific Quest states otherwise in its Campaign-Specific Details, the Golden Ticket Quest is an ongoing promotional sweepstakes administered by Sponsor (“the Never-Ending Quest”). Each eligible Hobby Case sold during an active Quest period provides an opportunity to participate as outlined in these Official Rules.
3. Promotion Period
Each Quest runs only during the dates and times listed in the Campaign-Specific Details.
Entries received outside the Promotion Period are void.
4. Eligibility
Open to legal residents worldwide, except where prohibited.
Entrants must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate household members of Sponsor are not eligible.
5. How to Enter
Purchase Entry (when applicable)
Purchase a M1NT Hobby Case during the Promotion Period to receive one entry per unit purchased.
Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
Mail a 3" × 5" card with:
• Full name
• Date of birth
• Email
• Phone
• Complete mailing address
• The Quest name
• The phrase “AMOE Entry”

Requirements:
• One entry per envelope
• Must be postmarked within the Promotion Period
• Must be received within 5 business days of the Promotion Period ending
Unlimited AMOE entries permitted if mailed separately.
Sponsor may disqualify illegible, late, automated, or manipulated entries.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Example Golden Ticket Odds: 1 in 1,000 Hobby Cases
Sponsor’s decisions are final.
7. Winner Notification & Verification
Potential winners will be notified using the contact information provided.
Sponsor may require any of the following:
• Affidavit of Eligibility
• Liability & Publicity Release
• IRS forms
Failure to respond or complete required documents may result in disqualification.
8. Prizes, Taxes, Substitution
Prizes are described in the Campaign-Specific Details.
Sponsor may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees.
Travel prize conditions may include:
• Flights, hotel, transportation, event tickets
• Travel must occur on dates selected by Sponsor
• Sponsor not responsible for cancellations or postponements
9. General Conditions
Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel a Quest due to fraud, technical issues, or factors beyond its control.
Not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries.
9A. Free Shipping Policy
Orders of 3+ units ship free within the U.S.
International orders do not qualify and may incur duties, taxes, or fees.
9B. Bonus Card Drop Events
From time to time, Sponsor may announce a limited-time guaranteed bonus card promotion (a “Drop”) applicable to M1NT Hobby Cases purchased during a specified time window (the “Drop Window”).
During the Drop Window, each qualifying M1NT Hobby Case purchased will include the specific bonus card described in the applicable Drop announcement.
The underlying product remains the M1NT Hobby Case. The bonus card is an included promotional insert and does not modify the core product offering.
Bonus inserts, including but not limited to autographed cards, wax packs, or other supplemental items, are provided as promotional inclusions only. Because these items are often sourced from secondary markets or vintage inventory, condition may vary and is not guaranteed.
Only orders successfully completed during the Drop Window qualify for the guaranteed bonus card. Orders completed before or after the Drop Window are not eligible.
Eligibility is determined solely by Sponsor’s system timestamp, which is final and binding.
Platform-Specific Promotions Disclaimer
Drops, promotional programs, and bonus inclusions may be offered exclusively through specific sales channels, including but not limited to M1NT’s website, Amazon, Walmart, authorized retailers, or in-person locations.
Unless explicitly stated in the applicable Drop announcement or Campaign-Specific Details, promotions are not universal across all sales channels and may differ in timing, availability, structure, and eligibility requirements.
Purchases made through one sales channel do not qualify for promotions offered on another channel. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the applicable promotion details for the specific platform at the time of purchase.
9C. Channel-Specific Promotions
Sponsor may offer promotions, sweepstakes, or incentives that are limited to specific platforms, partners, or distribution channels. Such promotions may not be available across all purchasing locations and may vary in terms, timing, and eligibility.
10. Indemnification
Entrants agree to indemnify Sponsor for any claims related to participation.
11. Release
Entrants release Sponsor from all claims relating to participation or prize use.
12. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
13. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, Class Action Waiver
All disputes resolved individually via arbitration under JAMS in Los Angeles.
No class actions permitted.
14. Governing Law
These rules are governed by California law.
15. Intellectual Property
All sweepstakes-related content belongs to Sponsor.
15A. User Content License
User-submitted content grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable license.
15B. Third-Party Marks and Content
Sweepstakes is not sponsored or endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, NFL, etc.
16. Privacy
Information collected is governed by Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
17. Publicity
Winners consent to use of their name, likeness, and city unless prohibited.
18. Social & Third-Party Disclaimers
Sweepstakes is not associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, or the NFL.

SECTION 2: M1NT CASE G1 ANNIVERSARY GIVEAWAY (12-Month Online Sweepstakes)
Official Rules

By participating in the M1NT Case G1 Anniversary Giveaway (the "G1 Giveaway" or the "Sweepstakes"), you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of M1NT, Inc. ("Sponsor"), which are final and binding.
All times are Pacific Time unless otherwise specified.
1. Program Overview
To commemorate the worldwide release of the M1NT Case G1 on April 23, 2026, Sponsor will award a total of twelve (12) M1NT Case G1 units — one (1) per calendar month for twelve (12) consecutive months — in a recurring random-drawing sweepstakes open to eligible M1NT customers. The first winner will be announced in early May 2026, with subsequent winners announced on an approximately monthly cadence thereafter until all twelve (12) Case G1 prizes have been awarded.
The G1 Giveaway is a channel-exclusive promotion administered solely by Sponsor. It is separate from, and does not overlap with, the Golden Ticket Quest (Section 1) or the Silver Ticket Program (Section 2).
2. Scope and Channel Exclusivity
Only purchases of eligible M1NT products completed directly on www.m1ntaverse.com during the Promotion Period qualify for entry into the G1 Giveaway. Purchases made through any other sales channel — including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart, authorized retail partners, participating card shops, or in-person locations — do not qualify for the G1 Giveaway, regardless of eligibility for any other M1NT promotion.
This exclusivity is consistent with the Platform-Specific Promotions Disclaimer in Section 1 (9B) and Section 1 (9C), Channel-Specific Promotions.
3. Promotion Period
The G1 Giveaway begins on April 23, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. PT and ends upon the announcement of the twelfth (12th) and final monthly winner, anticipated in or around April 2027, unless earlier terminated by Sponsor.
Each of the twelve (12) monthly drawings has its own entry cutoff, which will be published by Sponsor on www.m1ntaverse.com and/or M1NT's official social media channels in advance of that drawing. Entries received after a given monthly cutoff will roll forward and remain eligible for subsequent monthly drawings within the Promotion Period.
4. Eligibility
Open to legal residents worldwide, except where prohibited by law. Entrants must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate household members of Sponsor are not eligible.
5. How to Enter
A. Automatic Entry Through Eligible Purchase (when applicable)
Any customer who has completed an eligible purchase of a M1NT product on www.m1ntaverse.com during the Promotion Period is automatically entered into the G1 Giveaway. Each eligible unit purchased receives one (1) entry. Entries earned via purchase carry forward through all remaining monthly drawings within the Promotion Period (i.e., a qualifying purchase made in month three remains eligible for the month three drawing and every monthly drawing that follows, until all twelve prizes have been awarded).
Purchases made prior to April 23, 2026 are not eligible for the G1 Giveaway, unless expressly stated otherwise by Sponsor in writing.
Eligibility is determined solely by Sponsor's system timestamp, which is final and binding. Refunded, canceled, charged-back, or returned orders are not eligible and any associated entries will be voided.
B. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
No purchase is necessary. To enter without a purchase, mail a 3" × 5" card containing:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Email address
- Phone number
- Complete mailing address
- The phrase "G1 Giveaway AMOE Entry"

Requirements:
- One (1) entry per envelope.
- Envelope must be postmarked during the Promotion Period.
- Envelope must be received no later than five (5) business days after the applicable monthly entry cutoff to qualify for that month's drawing; otherwise, the entry will roll forward to the next monthly drawing within the Promotion Period.
- Unlimited AMOE entries are permitted provided each is mailed in a separate envelope.
- Illegible, late, automated, mechanically reproduced, or manipulated entries may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Purchase does not improve odds of winning. Purchase entries and AMOE entries are combined into a single pool for each monthly drawing.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) winner will be selected per month for twelve (12) consecutive months via random drawing from all eligible entries on file as of each monthly cutoff. A given entrant may win only once during the Promotion Period; once an entrant is selected as a monthly winner, their remaining entries are removed from future drawings, but other eligible entries in the pool continue to roll forward.
Odds of winning any given monthly drawing depend on the total number of eligible entries received by that month's cutoff. Sponsor's decisions are final.
7. Winner Notification and Verification
Potential winners will be notified using the contact information associated with their eligible purchase or AMOE entry, and may also be announced publicly through M1NT's and/or Brian Pirrip's official social media channels.
Sponsor may require proof of purchase prior to prize fulfillment.
Failure to respond within the timeframe specified by Sponsor, or failure to complete required documents, may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
8. Prizes, Taxes, Substitution
Prize: One (1) M1NT Case G1 per monthly drawing, for a total of twelve (12) M1NT Case G1 units awarded across the Promotion Period. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) will be as published by Sponsor at or prior to the start of the Promotion Period.
Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion, including in the event of supply constraints or unavailability. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and international taxes, duties, customs, shipping surcharges, and any other fees associated with receipt or use of the prize.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the G1 Giveaway, in whole or in part, due to fraud, technical failure, supply-chain disruption, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries, or for technical or network failures of any kind.
10. Release and Indemnification
Entrants release and agree to indemnify Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the G1 Giveaway, acceptance of a prize, or use or misuse of a prize.
11. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from participation in the G1 Giveaway.
12. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver
All disputes shall be resolved individually via binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Los Angeles, California, under its then-current rules. No class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings are permitted.
13. Governing Law
These rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
14. Publicity
Winners consent to Sponsor's use of their name, likeness, voice, city and state of residence, and winning entry in advertising, promotional, and publicity materials worldwide, in any and all media, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
15. Intellectual Property; Third-Party Marks
All G1 Giveaway content belongs to Sponsor. "M1NT," "Case G1," and related marks are trademarks of M1NT, Inc.
The G1 Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, Fanatics, Topps, Panini, or Upper Deck.
16. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is governed by Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
