Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from M1NT. This policy explains when returns are accepted, what items are final sale, and how refunds are processed.


Final Sale Products

The following products are final sale and cannot be returned or canceled once purchased:

  • Hobby Cases

  • The M1NT Case G1

  • The M1NT Display

  • Any other trading card–related products, accessories, or Quest-related promotions

These items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange, except in the case of:

  • Damage during shipping

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Incorrect item received

In extreme or exceptional circumstances, M1NT may, in its sole discretion, agree with the customer to accept a return or issue a refund on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such exceptions is not guaranteed.


Returnable Products (Merchandise)

For merchandise such as t-shirts, hoodies, and other lifestyle products, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at contact@m1ntaverse.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.

  • Quest-related promotions are always final sale.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement once your return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. This right does not apply to final sale items such as Hobby Cases, Displays, or Quest products.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
