This website is operated by M1NT, Inc. ("M1NT," "we," "us," or "our"). M1NT offers this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available from it (the "Site"), to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting the Site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including the additional terms and policies referenced below. These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, customers, wholesale partners, and contributors of content.

1. Additional terms and order of precedence

The following documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference:

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the G1 Terms, the G1 Terms control for anything relating to The M1NT Case G1 or G1 services. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Official Rules, the Official Rules control for anything relating to a promotion. In all other cases, these Terms control.

2. Eligibility and use of the Site

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Site.

You may not use our products or the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction in your use of the Service.

3. Products, pricing, and availability

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Site are error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We may limit the quantities of any product we offer, discontinue any product at any time, and correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, including after an order has been submitted.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including email, billing address, and payment details, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

You will be charged the full price of the products and any applicable shipping fees and taxes at the time of checkout. For The M1NT Case G1, additional charges are invoiced after checkout as described in Section 6 and the G1 Terms.

Shop Pay Installments. We offer Shop Pay Installments as an optional payment method at checkout, available on eligible orders across our store. Shop Pay Installments is a financing service provided by Affirm, Inc. ("Affirm"), not by M1NT. M1NT is not a lender, creditor, or party to any loan or installment agreement between you and Affirm.

Eligibility, approval, credit limits, down payment requirements, payment schedules, interest rates, and annual percentage rates (APR) are determined solely by Affirm and are governed by Affirm's terms, conditions, and consumer disclosures, which you should review before selecting this option. Financing may include interest-free installments or interest-bearing monthly plans depending on the purchase amount and Affirm's underwriting, and available rates may range from 0% APR to the maximum permitted by applicable law. Not all customers or orders qualify, and availability may change without notice.

When you pay via Shop Pay Installments, M1NT receives payment in full at the time of purchase, and your obligation to repay Affirm is separate from and independent of your purchase from M1NT. Choosing Shop Pay Installments does not modify or waive any of our terms, policies, or conditions of sale, including the G1 Terms, our Refund Policy, or our shipping terms. Any refund we approve is returned through the original Shop Pay Installments transaction, and its application to your Affirm balance is governed by Affirm's policies. M1NT is not responsible for any interest, fees, or charges assessed by Affirm.

5. Shipping, risk of loss, and delivery

We will arrange shipment of the products to you. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Any delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are your responsibility.

Shipping of items submitted for G1 services, in either direction, is governed by the G1 Terms and not by this Section.

6. The M1NT Case G1 and G1 services

A purchase of The M1NT Case G1 is a purchase of services: encapsulation, custodial handling, grading coordination, and storage of an item you send to us. These services are governed by the G1 Terms, which you acknowledge at checkout. The points below are a summary only. The G1 Terms control.

  • Your item stays yours. M1NT does not take ownership of any item you submit. You are responsible for shipping and insuring your item to us, and risk remains with you until we complete intake.
  • Charges after checkout. The price paid at checkout is the G1 service fee. Return shipping and insurance are invoiced when your G1 is complete. Where grading through Mike Baker Authenticated (MBA) is selected, cards with a fair market value above $2,000 are subject to an additional charge of 3% of the value above $2,000. All invoiced charges must be paid before your item is released.
  • Timelines are estimates. Grading, encapsulation, and return shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Cancellation and refunds. If you cancel before shipping your item to us, you receive a full refund of the G1 service fee. Once we receive your item, the sale is final except as specifically provided in Sections 7, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, and 17 of the G1 Terms, which set out the refunds and deductions that apply when a submission is withdrawn or not completed.
  • Liability for submitted items. Our liability for loss of or damage to a submitted item is limited as set out in Section 9 of the G1 Terms.
  • Shipment tracking. Every G1 return shipment includes a single-use package tracking device, and you may receive tracking and delivery notifications by email or text, as described in Section 21 of the G1 Terms.
  • Promotional use. We may photograph and publish images of the finished G1 and the encapsulated item as described in Section 19 of the G1 Terms. We do not use your personal name, image, or likeness without your separate written consent.

7. Promotions, sweepstakes, and bonus items

All M1NT sweepstakes and promotional programs, including the Golden Ticket Quest, Bonus Card Drop events, and the M1NT Case G1 Anniversary Giveaway, are governed by the Official Rules. No purchase is necessary to enter a sweepstakes, and a free alternate method of entry is described in the Official Rules.

Promotions may be limited to specific sales channels. A purchase made through one channel does not qualify for a promotion offered on another unless the promotion says so.

Bonus inserts and memorabilia items included with a product, such as autographed cards or wax packs, are promotional inclusions. Their condition varies and is not guaranteed, and they are provided "as is."

8. Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy governs returns and is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

  • Merchandise. For merchandise that is not related to a Quest or other promotion (for example, apparel and lifestyle accessories), you have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable items. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Quest-related promotions, and the products listed in Section 9 are final sale.
  • Damages and issues. Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
  • Exchanges. The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is accepted.
  • European Union customers. If your order ships into the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return, excluding final sale and Quest items.

Refunds are processed only after we have received and inspected the returned item and confirmed it meets eligibility requirements. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Items sent back without first contacting us at contact@m1ntaverse.com will not be accepted.

Refunds relating to The M1NT Case G1 are governed by Section 6 and the G1 Terms, not by this Section.

9. Final sale products

The following are non-returnable and non-cancellable once purchased, except in cases of shipping damage, manufacturing defect, or incorrect shipment:

  • Hobby Cases
  • The M1NT Display
  • Any other trading card–related products, accessories, or Quest-related promotions

The M1NT Case G1 is final sale once we receive your item, subject to the cancellation and refund terms summarized in Section 6 and set out in the G1 Terms.

In extreme or exceptional circumstances, M1NT may, in its sole discretion, agree with the customer to accept a return or issue a refund on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such exceptions is not guaranteed.

10. Product use, handling, and care

Our cases and displays are designed to protect and showcase trading cards when used as intended. You are responsible for using each product in accordance with its intended purpose and any instructions or guidance we provide.

M1NT is not responsible for damage to any card or other item that results from improper use, mishandling, forced insertion or removal, exposure to extreme conditions, or any use of the product outside its intended purpose. This includes, without limitation, inserting a card that does not fit the case dimensions, applying excessive force to the magnetic slide mechanism, or modifying the product in any way.

Our cases are protective accessories and are not guaranteed to prevent all damage under every condition. M1NT makes no warranty that any product will protect a card from damage caused by misuse, accident, or circumstances beyond normal intended use.

Handling of items you submit for G1 services, and our responsibility for them, is governed by the G1 Terms.

11. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, images, video, graphics, logos, and product designs, are owned by M1NT or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. M1NT® is a registered trademark of M1NT, Inc. Our products are protected by issued patents and pending patent applications. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content, marks, or designs without our prior written permission.

12. Reviews and other content you submit

If you submit a product review, photo, comment, or other content to the Site, you grant M1NT a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and publish that content in connection with our business. You are responsible for the content you submit, and it must not be unlawful, misleading, or infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

13. Prohibited uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to violate any laws, to infringe upon intellectual property rights, to harass or harm others, to submit false or misleading information, to upload viruses, to collect or track personal information of others, to spam or phish, or to interfere with security features of the Service or related websites.

14. Third-party services and links

Some parts of the Service rely on third parties, including Shopify (store and checkout), Affirm (Shop Pay Installments), Mike Baker Authenticated (grading), DispoTag (shipment tracking), and shipping carriers. Your use of those services may be subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policies. M1NT is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of any third party, or for the content of any third-party website linked from the Site.

15. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your personal information. By placing an order, you agree that we may contact you about that order using the contact details you provide. Text message tracking notifications for G1 shipments are described in Section 21 of the G1 Terms. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

16. Accessibility

M1NT is committed to making the Site usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. If you have difficulty accessing any part of the Site, or need information or help placing an order in another format, contact us at contact@m1ntaverse.com and we will work with you to provide what you need.

17. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service and all products and services delivered through the Service are provided "as is" and "as available," except as expressly stated by us. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

18. Limitation of liability

In no case shall M1NT, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, or similar damages, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of the Service or any product.

In jurisdictions that do not allow limitations on liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our liability for items submitted for G1 services is governed by Section 9 of the G1 Terms.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless M1NT and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Disputes relating to G1 services are resolved as provided in the G1 Terms, and disputes relating to a promotion are resolved as provided in the Official Rules.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. The Terms in effect at the time you place an order apply to that order.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions are valid and enforceable.

23. Termination

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using the Site.

If we believe you have failed to comply with any term or provision, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
