This website is operated by M1NT Inc. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to M1NT. M1NT offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including additional terms and policies referenced here and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

1. Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction in the use of the Service.

2. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including email, billing address, and payment details, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email and/or billing address or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

You will be charged the full price of the products and any applicable shipping fees and taxes at the time of checkout.

3. Shipping, risk of loss, and delivery

We will arrange shipment of the products to you. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Any delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy governs returns and is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

  • For all non-Quest related promotions and merchandise (e.g., apparel, accessories), customers have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Exceptions / non-returnable items: Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and Quest-related promotions are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Damages and issues: Customers must inspect orders upon delivery and notify us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is accepted.

  • European Union customers: If your order ships into the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return (excluding final sale/Quest items).

Refunds will only be processed once we’ve received and inspected the returned item and confirmed it meets eligibility requirements. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Items sent back without first contacting us at contact@m1ntaverse.com will not be accepted.

5. Final sale products

The following are non-returnable and non-cancellable once purchased, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect shipment:

  • Hobby Cases

  • The M1NT Case G1

  • The M1NT Display

  • Any other trading card–related products, accessories, or Quest-related promotions

In extreme or exceptional circumstances, M1NT may, in its sole discretion, agree with the customer to issue a return or refund on a case-by-case basis.

6. Prohibited uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to violate any laws, to infringe upon intellectual property rights, to harass or harm others, to submit false or misleading information, to upload viruses, to collect or track personal information of others, to spam or phish, or to interfere with security features of the Service or related websites.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service and all products and services delivered through the Service are provided “as is” and “as available,” except as expressly stated by us. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

In no case shall M1NT, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, or similar damages, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of the Service or any product.

In jurisdictions that do not allow limitations on liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless M1NT and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions are valid and enforceable.

11. Termination

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

If we believe you have failed to comply with any term or provision, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.
