M1NT Golden Ticket Quest – Official Rules & Sweepstakes Policy
M1NT GOLDEN TICKET QUEST – OFFICIAL RULES

By participating in any M1NT Golden Ticket Quest sweepstakes (each, a “Quest” or the “Sweepstakes”), you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of M1NT, Inc. (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding.
All times are Pacific Time unless otherwise specified.
1. Overview of the Golden Ticket Quest
The Golden Ticket Quest is M1NT’s ongoing sweepstakes program.
Golden Tickets may be placed inside select M1NT Hobby Cases sold through:
• m1ntaverse.com
• Authorized online retailers
• Authorized brick-and-mortar retail partners
Every qualifying Hobby Case is sealed at the factory, and if a Golden Ticket is placed in a run, winners only discover it by opening the case (“rip and flip”).
A free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) is always available.
Purchase does not increase chances of winning.
The Golden Ticket Quest may run continuously or in campaign-based periods.
Campaign-Specific Details define dates, prizes, and odds for each Quest.
2. All Sales Are Final
All sales of M1NT Hobby Cases are final except in rare circumstances or where allowed by our return policy.
Damaged or incorrect items will be evaluated and corrected.
Memorabilia items vary in age and condition and are sold “as is.”
3. Sweepstakes Description
Sponsor may conduct a Quest during which eligible individuals can enter for a chance to win the prize(s) listed in the Campaign-Specific Details.
Ways to enter:
• Purchase Entry: When applicable, each Hobby Case purchased during the Promotion Period earns one entry.
• AMOE: A free mail-in method is always offered and grants equal chances to win.
4. Promotion Period
Each Quest runs only during the dates listed in its Campaign-Specific Details (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside the Promotion Period are void.
5. Eligibility
Open to legal residents worldwide unless prohibited by law.
Entrants must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate household members of Sponsor are not eligible.
6. How to Enter
A. Purchase Entry (when offered)
Buy a M1NT Hobby Case during the Promotion Period to receive one entry per unit.
B. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
Mail a 3" × 5" card containing:
• Full name
• Date of birth
• Email address
• Phone number
• Complete mailing address
• The name of the Quest
• The phrase “AMOE Entry”

AMOE Requirements:
• One entry per envelope
• Must be postmarked within the Promotion Period
• Must be received within 5 business days after the Promotion Period ends
• No limit on entries if mailed separately
Entries that are late, illegible, incomplete, or generated by automated means may be disqualified.
7. Winner Selection & Odds
Winners are selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Typical example odds:
Golden Ticket Odds: 1 in 1,000 Hobby Cases
(Actual odds may vary and will be listed in Campaign-Specific Details.)
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.
8. Winner Notification & Verification
Potential winners will be contacted using the information provided at entry (email and/or phone).
Winner verification may require completion of:
• Affidavit of Eligibility
• Liability & Publicity Release
• IRS forms if applicable
Failure to respond or provide required documents may result in disqualification.
9. Prizes, Taxes, and Substitution
Prizes and their approximate retail values (ARVs) appear in Campaign-Specific Details.
Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winners are responsible for all taxes, fees, and personal expenses related to prize acceptance.
Travel or Experience Prizes (if applicable):
• Travel must be booked through Sponsor and occur on dates chosen by Sponsor.
• Sponsor is not responsible for event cancellations or postponements.
• Winner is responsible for incidentals, baggage fees, and personal expenses.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel a Quest if fraud or technical failures compromise its integrity.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries.
11. Free Shipping Policy for Hobby Cases
Orders of 3 or more units shipped within the United States qualify for free shipping.
International orders do not qualify and may incur duties, taxes, or import fees.
12. Indemnification
Entrants agree to indemnify Sponsor from all claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes.
13. Release
Participants release Sponsor from all claims relating to participation, prize acceptance, or use.
14. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.
15. Dispute Resolution – Arbitration
All disputes must be resolved via individual arbitration (JAMS, Los Angeles).
Class actions and representative actions are waived.
16. Governing Law
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California.
17. Intellectual Property
All designs, text, branding, and promotional content are owned by M1NT, Inc.
18. User Content License (for submission-based Quests)
If you submit or tag content related to a Quest, you grant Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable license to use it for marketing or administrative purposes.
19. Third-Party Disclaimers
The Golden Ticket Quest is not sponsored or endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, Fanatics, Topps, Panini, or Upper Deck.
20. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is handled in accordance with the M1NT Privacy Policy.
21. Publicity
Except where prohibited, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and city for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
