Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
By attempting to participate in a M1NT Sweepstakes (each, a “Quest” or the “Sweepstakes”), you fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of M1NT, Inc. (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding.

All times stated are Pacific Time.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final and M1NT does not accept returns except in rare circumstances or unless otherwise permitted by our returns policy. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Memorabilia items vary in age and condition. All memorabilia items are sold “as is” and may not be returned or exchanged. Please contact us with questions before purchasing memorabilia.

2. Sweepstakes Description

From time to time, Sponsor may run a Quest during which eligible individuals can enter for a chance to win the prize or prizes described in the Campaign-Specific Details below. Purchase is not required to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

For many Quests, purchasing a M1NT Hobby Case may earn one entry per unit purchased during the Promotion Period defined below. Free alternate method of entry (AMOE) is also available as described in Section 5.

3. Promotion Period

Each Quest runs only during the dates and times listed in the Campaign-Specific Details (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are void.

4. Eligibility

Open to legal residents worldwide, except where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their place of residence, whichever is greater. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate household members are not eligible. Additional eligibility terms may apply for travel or experience prizes. Entrants are responsible for confirming their eligibility.

5. How to Enter

Purchase Entry (when applicable): During the Promotion Period, purchase a M1NT Hobby Case at m1ntaverse.com or an authorized channel and receive one entry per unit purchased.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) (no purchase): Hand-print your full name, date of birth, email, phone, and complete mailing address on a 3" x 5" card. In the same card, include the Quest name and the phrase “AMOE Entry.” Place in a #10 envelope with sufficient postage and mail to:

Each envelope must contain a single 3" x 5" card. Mechanically reproduced entries are void. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) entries must be postmarked within the Promotion Period and received within 5 business days after the Promotion Period ends. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt.

Entry Limits: Unless otherwise stated in the Campaign-Specific Details, there is no maximum number of entries per person during the Promotion Period. Each purchase counts as a separate entry when purchase entries are offered. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) entries are unlimited but must be mailed in separate envelopes. Any attempt to game entry limits (e.g., multiple identities, emails, phone numbers, or addresses) will void entries and may result in disqualification. Sponsor may disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, late, or generated by automated means.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

Winner or winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Noncompliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor’s decisions are final.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners will be notified using the contact information provided at entry, typically by email and or phone, within a reasonable time after the drawing. A potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release, IRS forms, and other documents required by Sponsor within the time stated in the notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or provide required documents on time, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate may be selected.

8. Prizes, Taxes, Substitution

Prizes for each Quest are described in the Campaign-Specific Details. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with acceptance and use of the prize.

Travel or experience prizes:

  • Trip components typically include round-trip economy air travel, standard hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and event tickets, as specified in the Campaign-Specific Details.

  • Travel must be booked through Sponsor or its designee and must occur on dates specified by Sponsor.

  • Winner is responsible for required travel documents.

  • If winner cannot travel on the designated dates, the prize may be forfeited.

  • Sponsor is not responsible for event cancellations or postponements. If an event is cancelled, that portion of the prize may be forfeited without substitution at Sponsor’s discretion.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a Quest if fraud, technical issues, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries.

9A. Free Shipping Policy

Free shipping for orders of three or more units applies only to orders shipped within the United States. International orders do not qualify for free shipping and will be subject to standard rates based on destination. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which vary by country and are not included in pricing or shipping costs. Sponsor is not responsible for delays or charges due to customs processing.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, members, successors, and assigns from and against any liabilities, claims, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes or any breach by you of these Official Rules.

11. Release

By entering, you release Sponsor and the Released Parties from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages arising out of your participation and the acceptance or use of any prize, including claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event will the Released Parties be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes, m1ntaverse.com, and all related activities are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

13. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, Class Action Waiver

All claims and disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis under the Federal Arbitration Act and administered by JAMS in Los Angeles, California under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules before a single arbitrator. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, representative, or collective action. Only individual relief is available. 14. Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules and your rights and obligations are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

15. Intellectual Property

All content associated with the Sweepstakes and any Quest, including product designs, packaging, artwork, text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, and software, is owned by M1NT, Inc. or used with permission and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. M1NT and the M1NT logo are trademarks of M1NT, Inc. Other trademarks, service marks, product names, and company names or logos are the property of their respective owners. Participation in the Sweepstakes does not grant you any rights to use Sponsor’s or any third party’s trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property without prior written permission.

15A. User Content License

If a Quest allows or encourages you to submit, tag, post, or share content, including photos, videos, reviews, or social posts related to M1NT or the Quest (collectively, “User Content”), you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, for administration of the Sweepstakes and for Sponsor’s marketing and promotional purposes, without further notice, approval, attribution, or compensation. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the User Content, have the right to grant this license, and that the User Content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any rights of any person or entity.

15B. Third-Party Marks and Content

The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, the National Football League, any NFL team, or Ticketmaster. All third-party names, logos, and marks appear for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

16. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at m1ntaverse.com. Entries may be used for administration of the Sweepstakes and for purposes consistent with the Privacy Policy.

17. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and city and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

18. Social and Third-Party Disclaimers

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, the National Football League, any NFL team, or Ticketmaster. Any questions should be directed to Sponsor, not to any third party.

Campaign-Specific Details

Active Quest: NFL Kickoff Hobby Case Quest

Promotion Period:
Starts September 4, 2025 at 10:00 AM PT and ends September 7, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT.

How to Enter:

  • Purchase: One entry per M1NT Hobby Case purchased during the Promotion Period.

  • Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): See Section 5. Must be postmarked September 4–7, 2025 and received by September 12, 2025.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (ARV):

  • Grand Prize (1 winner):

    • One Brock Purdy Downtown trading card.

    • NFL Game Experience for winner with Brian Pirrip: one ticket to a regular season NFL game selected by Sponsor. Travel and hotel accommodations are included.

    • ARV: up to $5,000. Actual value may vary based on city of departure, game selected, and dates. Any difference will not be awarded.

Travel and Experience Conditions:

  • Game selection, seat locations, travel dates, and itinerary are at Sponsor’s discretion and subject to availability and venue rules.

  • Winner must comply with venue and event policies. If the game is cancelled or postponed, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion.

  • Winner is responsible for incidentals, meals not expressly included, baggage fees, resort fees, and personal expenses.
